1) IT systems that never crash, crashed. Good not to be on-call.
2) Those that alway crash are up. Bizarre.
3) Top-50 report completed - Crystal has its challenges. But it is good to find solutions.

Last Day of 2007
It is the final day of 2007. Work began at 7 AM. Planning an evening with the neighbors. Looking forward to Secret Harbor in St. Thomas. Looking forward to the Tommy's Pancake breakfast on 1-Jan-2008.
Lots of new processes this coming year - AmEx.
No chocolate for Joanne. The sander will be here 7-Jan and getting the house ready is the main activity.
